Let’s set the record straight! don’t make you fat. Eating too much of anything does. But here’s the cool part: your body needs fat to function at its best, especially when you're training or trying to lose weight.
For both men and women, healthy fat levels support your s*x hormones (think: testosterone, estrogen).
Low fats? Say hello to energy crashes, poor recovery, and stalled progress.
• Women need fat to maintain healthy menstrual cycles and balance hormones.
• Men rely on fats for optimal testosterone and muscle-building.
āš ļø Tip:
Fats are super high in calories…. One tablespoon of olive oil = 120 calories.
Compare that to 1 cup of strawberries (only ~50 calories)… big difference

So yes, fats are healthy…but you HAVE to measure them. A little ā€œdrizzleā€ can turn into a few hundred extra calories real quick.

Wasn’t expecting this to hit this year, but I won’t lie and say I didn’t enjoy it. Hitched a ride to go hang out with these lovely ladies!

Here’s the thing…
I can guarantee that ten years from now, when I look back at this photo, I won’t be thinking about whether I got my workout in that day, if I had a six-pack under this jacket, or what the number on the scale said. None of that will matter.

What will matter? The laughs. The conversations. The memories made.
