What a beautiful morning in Chesapeake this past Saturday at the Renew & Refresh Wellness Event!☀️

We loved offering massage demos and connecting with so many in the local wellness community. The morning began with yoga and a calming sound bath, followed by cold plunges, healthy snacks, refreshing mocktails, and plenty of time to connect!

Huge thanks to Christina with Free Life LLC for bringing us all together and for her continued advocacy in creating fun, welcoming, and sober spaces where community and wellness can thrive. 🌸
