🌿 Looking Ahead to Hope and Healing in Currituck County 🌿

We’re excited to see Recovery Court coming to Currituck County in the new year!

Recently, Kaylee Bynum our owner and Steve Taylor, Lead Clinical Supervisor had the opportunity to attend a two-day Sequential Intercept Mapping Workshop led by Trillium, focused on helping communities divert individuals with behavioral health needs from the criminal justice system.

This collaborative workshop brought together county departments and agencies to strategize real solutions, from addressing barriers to reentry like housing, employment, and access to care, to building stronger community connections for long-term recovery.

We’re especially grateful for the chance to take a deep dive into the housing crisis facing our county and look forward to sharing more updates as this initiative develops. 💙
