Navigating high school is already a lot, and for neurodivergent teens it can feel even more overwhelming. This six-week group is designed to give 9th and 10th graders tools they can actually use in real life. We’ll help them understand their strengths, learn how to speak up for what they need, build confidence, and connect with other students who just “get it.”

If your teen has been struggling with organization, social situations, self-advocacy, or simply feeling misunderstood, this group can give them support and practical skills that make everyday life a little easier.
