Recovering close to home makes a real difference. We’re proud to celebrate graduations from the MMH Swingbed Program—moments that reflect the heart of our hospital and community. Our swing bed services let patients continue healing in a familiar setting, near family, friends, and the trusted support they know.

Each graduation is the result of a dedicated team—nursing, therapy, dietary, pharmacy, and support staff—working together to encourage progress, build confidence, and celebrate milestones. This building tells a bigger story than bricks and mortar. It’s a story of community support, commitment, and care that began in 1964 and continues today. We are grateful to serve a community that continues to stand behind its hospital.

On This Day in Muenster History: On February 3, 1964, Muenster Memorial Hospital formally opened under the direction of Sister Mildred Felderhoff, O.S.B., with a medical staff of eleven. Construction of the hospital began in July 1962, and the facility cost $750,000 to build.
