Workout and train!!!! Eat healthy and strength train we are all getting older do it now before its to late. You don't want aches and pains as you get older and no medicines. Don't drink alcohol and don't eat junk food live a healthy life style you will feel better. Remember at 50 years old you loose 25% of muscle and 70 you loose 50% be strong lift and eat right!!!!!!
