Ok contract complete and here is the full list of insurance I’m credentialed with at this time!

Aetna PPO-EPO
Aetna Medicare
Kaiser HMO/PPO
Triwest

These do require a referral/prescription for massage from your doctor or chiropractor that include a diagnosis code!

I also always recommend calling your insurance first to check that you have massage benefits and what your responsibility will be after paying! Always nice to avoid any surprises. I can always help with any questions as well!

Good Morning, A few excited updates coming! I will be in network with Premera insurance starting 11/13 and have a few other insurance companies coming this month as well. I will update the list when the contracts are finished. I am located at Serenity Day Spa in Lake Stevens as well as Mukilteo Natural Health Clinic!

Also doing a certification this month that I’ve been wanting to add for a long time so keep an eye for that update as well!
