What was meant to be a small, intimate practice with one provider has blossomed into something far greater than we ever imagined.

4.18.23 | Happy 5th Anniversary, Novari Primary Care

It has been an absolute honor and privilege to serve the thousands of patients we’ve been fortunate enough to care for!

We started out as a single-clinician practice, to now having 12 medical providers in the specialties of Internal Medicine, Geriatric Care, Palliative and Psychiatric/Mental Health! We listened to the needs of our patients and communities, and thus implemented new programs to improve in-home medical care. Our patients are now living longer, healthier, and our care model has become the Gold Standard of what home-based medicine should be.

AND… Our story at Novari has only just begun! We will continue to push for better healthcare and we will continue to elevate the definition of “quality healthcare!”
