New Year, New Goals 🌺

I encourage you to set realistic goals for 2026, then ask yourself, “What is hindering me from taking the 1st step?” YOU CAN DO THIS! Just take one step at a time.

Discomfort in our bodies, can be a plea for help. Body Code sessions relieved the discomfort in BOTH of my feet (one session on the right foot, 3 on the left). Since then, my walking speed has increased by 5 minutes per mile!
