What are cares of life?
We all have negative experiences, things that we wish had turned out differently. There are relationships that just don’t work out. Our inherited traits are sometimes bothersome, just to mention a few. The feeling of “being stuck”, stressed or feeling heavy are real for many of us. There are things to try to lessen our burdens or cares. And anything that lifts our spirits or mood is a good thing!
I found that no matter what I tried, there was still a part of me feeling stuck. Releasing these cares has been amazing!
The Emotion Code sessions helped heal that part of me! It was the last stop on a long healing journey, an answer to prayers I prayed for years! It is so rewarding to assist my clients in the healing process!
