According to Chinese medicine this is the time of urinary bladder.
When you are feeling the need for sugar caffeine. .try a salty broth like miso or chicken broth. Raise your hands above your head and then bend forward quickly exhaling letting out HA breath...ahh now you will feel like yourself again. Please let me know how this works for you.

Today's God Whisper

That thing happened....
Your in shock
The life you knew is gone
What you thought was your dream....
But....
dear one it was just an illusion anyway.
Everything is under Divine Grace....
There is a part of you that pulls to go back and try to get that broken dream back
But your power lies in being in this space of Divine Grace...........just pushing the pause button for a moment.....
Do some intense nurturing...
And no the nurturing has nothing to do with money....
Maybe walking or swimming in or near water stirs your soul
Maybe squishing your toes in warm sand stirs your soul...
Maybe hugging your favorite tree stirs your soul...
In this space of Divine Grace do 1 thing that stirs your soul everyday....everyday..
Breathe deep..... pray.......sprinkle love
Fill you heart soul pitcher everyday. .this is a must to then be able to hear what God has in store for you on your next path..
For you see we are never done.....until it's over...and that's not up to us...there is a higher power I call God that loves you deeply and you can trust that you will be given signs whether by sight...by hearing...or feel in your soul....please love yourself in this space of Divine Grace that you have been given....for by pausing and nurturing you can hear better
Then just as the clouds clear to allow the beautiful blue sky and sun shine again...you too will shine again and be able to pour....share from your overflowing pitcher the rich beautiful love and compassion you have to offer the world...
