We are looking for a CMA to join our team, with 1 yr preferred experience however not required. Some of the responsibilities include... Stocking the rooms, Bringing patients back to the exam rooms, Doing vitals, Filling out the H & P in chart, Taking photos/ uploading photos, Assisting in office procedures, Cleaning/ sterilizing the instruments, EMR assistance, Answering clinical questions, Traveling to alternate offices, Removal of sutures/ drains, Ensuring charts have all op notes, path reports, etc., Assist office staff when needed, ex. Answering phones, filing, etc. Preparing all specimens for pickup, Maintaining inventory list of what needs to be ordered 1x week, Checking expiration dates on supplies 1x month, Complete all home care orders / script refills.
