Saturday and Sunday 11am - 7pm = 16 hours

Do you love working with kids and families in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment? Our Pediatric Urgent Care is looking for compassionate, dependable Support Staff to join our growing team in Muncie!

This position is well suited for individuals seeking part‑time hours and an opportunity to earn supplemental income in a fast‑paced pediatric care setting.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, while consulting with center staff, patients, families, and the general public to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and customer‑focused environment at all times
Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, schedule and reschedule appointments for primary care and behavioral health providers, take messages, and appropriately route calls
Collect patient co‑pays and payments at registration and perform general cashiering duties
Retrieve medical records from outside providers and create medical record charts for new patients
Maintain a working knowledge of Release of Information (ROI) procedures in accordance with Meridian policies and procedures
Ensure patient information is handled accurately and confidentially in compliance with organizational standards
