I'm super excited to invite your little ones to my upcoming kids' yoga class!

As a mom and yoga instructor, I know how much kids love to move and have fun. That's why I've created this special class just for them.

We'll be stretching, playing, and laughing together on Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30pm

It's perfect for kids aged 6-12, and no yoga experience is needed.

I'm excited to share that I will be leading goat yoga in Ashby Massachusetts this summer! Mapledell farm and Hilltop homestead have graciously agreed to work with me for venue and goat rental🐐 and we are prepared to offer some WONDERFUL sessions in Ashby!
