The Steampunk Consortium
Headquartered in Muncie, Indiana, the Steampunk Consortium hopes to be your connection for all things Steampunk in east central Indiana. By following our page and checking our website you will find updates and information about events throughout the region as well as local steampunk salons, and more.
We hope the reason you are joining our group is to be involved, and to help expand the presence of Steampunk in the larger community. We are an all volunteer group. Everyone is encouraged to participate. There is no cost to join.
The Steampunk Consortium is dedicated to working toward unity in the larger community. We hope to bring other Steampunk groups together for collegial jollification, explore what Steampunk is as a cultural phenomenon, and to increase Steampunk awareness in Indiana. That said, the primary goal of the Consortium is to simply have fun, enjoy fine company, and as we say, “Enjoy who you are becoming”.
