Hello Friends,

Exciting things are happening in Downtown Muncie! Tomorrow, from 5 to 8, is October's 1st Thursday & Arts Walk! Events are all over downtown! Not only are we working on our pumpkins for the Glow Trail but the office is being taken over by the Muncie Artists Guild! Many of the artists that are showcased in the office will be here to chat! If you haven't made it to the new office, I hope you do come check it out!

It's a new week and almost a new month. Have you scheduled some time for yourself yet?

This includes proper draping techniques, and stretching of the muscle groups both passive and active. After we will discuss aftercare and follow up treatment recommendations.
Whether you are here for deep tissue, Swedish/relaxation, or an acute (recent) or old injury.
