Peep Christi's new Yoga AF (after 50) and Tuesday Deep Stretch is going to be a staple of our calendar! After a hiatus, Saturday Restorative is also back!!

This class will get you moving in a thoughtful way without leaving you on the couch for days afterwards!

Join her at 6 PM on Wednesday AND 6 PM on Sundays!
