• Wednesday, Nov 26: YWCA Central Indiana, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

Vaccines are available for ages 5 and up, no appointment necessary.

The CDC recommends that everyone 6 months and older should get a flu shot every season. Talk with your child's provider about getting a flu shot for children younger than 5.

When you are expecting a new baby it can be exciting, but it can also be scary and lonely at times. However you might be feeling about your pregnancy, surrounding yourself with other moms is one of the best things you can do for yourself.

Socialize and interact with local women in similar stages of pregnancy, and learn valuable information to prepare you for motherhood. Facilitated by a licensed mental health professional and Doctoral level student from the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic. This FREE program is made possible by the Delaware County Health Department.

Open Door's sliding fee calculator at www.opendoorhs.org/discounts can help you estimate what discount or your family might receive on health services.

Sliding fee discounts are based on income and household size. They're available for both uninsured and underinsured patients. Discounts apply to the cost of your visit and most on-site lab services.
