At Open Door, we know things like housing, employment, education, and utilities play a major role in overall wellness. Our Community Health Workers (CHWs) help patients access a wide range of community resources, including necessities like diapers.

Thank you to Julie and our CHW team for coordinating a recent diaper delivery from Second Harvest Food Bank! We're proud to partner with Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana and the National Diaper Bank Network to provide free diapers to families in our community.
