My Two Minutes is about adding self care and grounding practices into your daily activities. It means looking for joy and peace. It means reminding yourself you can do it. It means slowing down to notice and giggle about getting a Cara Cara Orange in my batch of oranges. It’s about knowing that some days may be hard but being intentional about it. Today I have dental stuff so I put these earrings I got from to remind me I am strong and I can do hard things. It means wearing a deep red lip as a reminder of other strong women who wore a red lip in protest of their oppression and to send a message to the world that they cannot be held down. Reframing Selfcare two minutes at a time.

Self care and grounding through daily rituals is something I’ve been pursuing for over a year now. I’ve been working on a book about finding magic in the mundane to rewrite our nervous system and reduce mental health issues. It’s been so fun watching my clients practice their own rituals and see their nervous system flourishing. Find two minutes for yourself today.
