My family competed in the Hamilton County 4H Fair homemade ice cream contest over the weekend. My husband and I were reserve champions in the hand crank division. He says we were second place even though there were only two teams while I say we got last place. Our daughters made some delicious mint chocolate chip and strawberry ice cream.

It was a cold but beautiful day for my daughter's soccer team on Saturday. Ended with a 1-1 draw, but they played very well for having so much time off leading up to the game.
