Yesterday at Bethel Pointe our staff, residents and family members started their engines and had some fun! We had wheelchair races and won trophies and had yummy snacks in the afternoon including pretzels, corn dogs and floats. That was enough fuel to get us all to the finish line and into victory lane. It’s always a blast being a part of our Bethel Family! 🏎️🏁

The second 1/2 of our Harley & Hogs event reminded us all that: “Four wheels move the body, but two wheels move the soul.” Our residents, staff and community enjoyed several beautiful Harley’s, Photo Booth fun and of course more cold drinks & tattoos. One of our residents that was a former Harley rider even got back on and went for another ride. It was neat to see! John Beatrice and his band played some great tunes and everyone danced and celebrated a good end to a fun week. A special thanks to Benson Motorcycles for all of your assistance with this event. Bethel Pointe Health & Rehab put our kickstands up and ended National Nursing Home Week with a Harley & Hogs event.
Our staff and residents got into their “bikers best” during our morning activity of Brews & Tattoos. They each selected their favorite do rag, tattoo and beverage of choice. The drink choices were The Soft Tail or Midnight Ride. Smokey Drews food truck joined us all day too so our residents, staff & community could get some good grub before we headed out on the highway looking for adventures.

We’re gonna tell you about it stud!! Today, Bethel Pointe went to the hop- 50’s style!
Our residents & staff participated in a hula hoop & limbo contest and a few even did the twist! We went to the soda shop for lunch and had sloppy joes, baked beans & potato chips. In the afternoon, Elvis entered the building & all the ladies swooned! Their cheeks were pinker than the pink ladies!! The day was topped off with an ice cream social. Yum!! 🎶🍨🕶️👠🎶

Today the Bethel Pointe Health & Rehab residents & staff wasted away again in Margaritaville. We definitely didn’t blow out our flip-flops, but we decorated them this morning with all kinds of fun and flair. For lunch, we consumed cheeseburgers in paradise and french fried potatoes. We didn’t have any cold draft beer, but we did sip mocktails in the afternoon, listened to music and watched Blue Hawaii. We definitely made Jimmy Buffett and all the parrot heads proud! 🌴🌊⛱️☀️🍔🦜🍹🩴

Make sure your calendar is marked!
THIS FRIDAY - Bethel Pointe is hosting Harley & Hogs day to wrap up National Nursing Home Week.
Our residents will be doing fun events throughout the day with a Harley Cruise In from 4-6PM.
Family members, residents, staff and community please come any time from 11A-6P to eat at the food truck and hang out!

Today all the staff & residents of Bethel Pointe got taken out to the ballgame!
All of us enjoyed peanuts & Cracker Jacks and popcorn too! The day began designing our own sports bottles with lots of flare and of course our favorite team logos. Lunch was hot dogs & onion rings- just like at the ball park. And the day was topped off with lots of sports competition. Bowling, basketball, co****le and so much more. Our Bethel referee only had to throw a few flags. Charlie Cardinal from BSU stopped in to chirp it up with our crew too! Bethel Pointe has spirit, yes we do!! How about you?!?! 🏀🏈⚽️🏌️‍♀️📣

Old McDonald had a farm and Bethel Pointe brought it to life today! Our staff hosted a farmers market with homemade goodies, flowers & handmade crafts for all to enjoy. Dietary made fried chicken, mashed potatoes & green beans for lunch. Then, the farm animals from Barks & Brays joined us in the afternoon.
Our staff and residents participated in spoon races with farm fresh eggs too! Too cluckin fun!! 🐓🐮🫏🐷
