🌟 A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Environmental Services Teams! 🌟
This week, we had the absolute honor and privilege of celebrating our incredible Environmental Services crew here at Bethel Pointe. We are so thankful for each and every one of you — your dedication, your heart, and your presence make a world of difference every single day. During our celebration lunch, Michelle Gardner, our amazing Environmental Director, went around the room and asked each team member what they enjoyed most about being part of Bethel Pointe. The responses were truly inspiring. From stories about meaningful connections with residents to the support of fellow staff members, it was clear that what truly matters to this team goes far beyond the tasks of cleaning and maintaining our facility. And as Michelle beautifully said at the end, “I love that not one of you said you love cleaning or making the facility look nice.” Of course, we all know how important that work is — but what truly fills our hearts is knowing that what makes your day is listening, caring, and building relationships with our residents.
That’s the heart of Bethel Pointe. 💖
We also want to give a huge shoutout to Jeremy Schultz, our Director of Plant Operations, and his incredible crew! Whether it’s fixing facility needs, helping residents get to and from appointments, or tackling the never-ending to-do list — they do it all with a smile on their face and a servant’s heart. So much of their work goes unseen, but it never goes unappreciated.
We couldn’t do it without any of you. Each of you is a vital piece of the puzzle that makes Bethel Pointe not just a facility, but a family.
