2025 is done....now what?

Last day of the year. Feeling Grateful? Feeling Grounded?
Well, YOU are still standing.
Do YOU realize how far YOU have come? Tomorrow isn’t about reinventing yourself. It’s about stepping forward with a little more clarity, confidence, and courage.
YOU can start right now toward creating a better NEW YEAR for YOU.
YOU don’t need to do everything.
Start with 2. That’s enough. Consistency beats enthusiasm every time.

Here are 10 Simple Moves That Actually Matter.

1. Cherish the first 10 minutes of your morning — no phone, no noise, just YOU.
2. Set your top 3 priorities before the day takes off on YOU.
3. Drink water before coffee. It works!!
4. Plan your week before YOU lose control. Future-YOU will thank you.
5. Take a 15-minute walk without your phone. Just be present in the moment.
6. Journal daily—even just one sentence. Clarity and focus comes from reflection.
7. Celebrate one small win every day. Yes! Just 1!! Progress loves recognition.
8. Put your phone in another room at night. Sleep is not an option.
9. Guard your happiness like it’s your job—because it is.
10. Listen to the Reset Yourself 22 podcast.

REPEAT 10x: I AM AMAZING!

Life can be tough! Life throws so many curve balls but as much as we at times want to give up and run away life must go on and what has worked for me is meditation. It has truly saved my life. Right after my Mother abruptly passed away in 2004 I could not deal with her absence in my life and I felt that tuning inward was the best way for me. Soon after I had to deal with my life’s most difficult hurdle, running the state’s largest animal shelter for almost a decade I knew I had to find inner strength to survive or I would lose my mind. All of the emotions I dealt with on a daily basis made the job so demanding. I too came across all of the difficulties that many face when trying to meditate but with the guidance of a few amazing monks it all made sense and it clicked one day and I have been able to find myself and the person I have found I have come to love and respect. We don’t realize how much inner strength we have. We are powerful and sometimes need a little guidance to help show us how incredible we truly are and once we learn to find this place it can help us deal with a lot of life’s bu****it.

YOU ARE AMAZING and you deserve to learn the skills to help yourself! I would be honored to try and help.
