TURN ON VOLUME!
Someone recently asked me, “What does your horse give to you?”
And I realized something in that moment.
Some people view everything in life as transactional. What do I get back? What’s the return? What’s the profit?
But the greatest things in life were never meant to be measured that way.
My horse gives me peace. Presence. Connection. A reason to slow down. A reminder that unconditional love still exists in a world that often feels rushed, loud, and distracted.
Somewhere along the way, many people began confusing success with possessions. Bigger cars. Bigger houses. More money. More status.
Meanwhile, real wealth might actually look like sitting quietly with an animal you love… sharing a slow meal with friends… laughing until your stomach hurts… or simply being fully present with the people around you.
Life moves fast enough already.
Maybe we were never supposed to rush through it.
Maybe we were supposed to feel it.

This week’s Monday Morning Mind’s Eye meditation is a quiet journey inward through the idea of “Life on Remote.” A guided meditation designed to help you slow down, become more aware of your thoughts and emotional habits, and remember that you still have the ability to choose the channel you want to live on.
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause.
Breathe.
Lower the volume of the outside world.
And reconnect with ourselves again.

Most people don’t realize how often they enter deeply focused mental states every single day. Ever driven somewhere and barely remembered the trip? Ever gotten completely absorbed in a movie, a song, a memory, or even your own thoughts? Ever repeated something negative to yourself so many times that you eventually started believing it?

The mind is constantly being influenced by repetition, emotion, focus, and suggestion. The question is not whether the mind can be programmed. The question is: who or what is doing the programming?

When people learn how to intentionally work with their own thoughts, focus, and subconscious patterns, they can begin building confidence, letting go of limiting beliefs, reducing fear, and creating healthier ways of thinking. Ironically, many people spend years unknowingly training themselves into self-doubt. Imagine what could happen if you learned to train your mind in the opposite direction.
