Sword yoga does not involve any combat, but instead using the sword as a prop to enhance or support our yoga poses. Guests will use blunt-edge training swords provided by our besties at Waterfront Historical Fencing Club, and even have some time after yoga to try swinging at their dude-shaped target, Bob.
