Poor Cheryl at the rescue is sick and unable to bring the pups tonight. She is such a hard worker, and constantly out in the cold helping animals that we aren’t surprised to hear she’s not feeling well again this winter.

She has graciously offered to reschedule for the same time and date next week. Please check your emails if you were signed up for tonight. We already have you listed for next week, but can credit your account if you’re unable to join us for the make up session. 🖤

Sword yoga does not involve any combat, but instead using the sword as a prop to enhance or support our yoga poses. Guests will use blunt-edge training swords provided by our besties at Waterfront Historical Fencing Club, and even have some time after yoga to try swinging at their dude-shaped target, Bob.
