Help us celebrate two truly incredible team members!

Our November Employees of the Month are Amandia (Housekeeping Director) and Carli (CNA), and we couldn’t be more grateful to have them as part of the Eldercrest family.

✨ Amandia shows up every day ready to give 110%. Whether it’s taking on extra tasks, supporting her staff, or jumping in wherever she’s needed, she brings pride and passion to her work and it shows.

✨ Carli always goes the extra mile and has a heart for our residents that cannot be taught. This month we also celebrate her 15 years of service as a CNA — 15 years of compassion, commitment, and difference-making moments.

Congratulations, and thank you for everything you bring to our home and to our residents. We are lucky to have you. 💙🏡
