Heads up for folks coming to see me from all points north - the bridge over the river will be closed for several months beginning in June. You will have to use either Bailey Rd in Cuyahoga Falls or Middlebury Rd in Kent!

Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) St. Rt. 91 Bridge Repair Project in Munroe Falls has been updated. Project schedule (Bridge CLOSED ) 6/17/2026 to 10/15/2026. Due to supply chain issues the previous estimated closure time of 45 days was extended.

🌿 The Practice That's Deepened My Self-Trust 🌿
I’d like to share something that I often share and guide my clients through in private sessions — tuning into the body and really listening to what it’s telling us. Is the reaction coming from fear… or is it a warning signal that something’s off?
Daily body check-ins have helped me distinguish between fear-based resistance and authentic knowing. When I’m faced with a decision, I pause and notice:
✨ Does this idea create expansion or contraction in my solar plexus or chest?
✨ Do I feel energized or drained when I think about it?
This somatic wisdom often has the answer long before my analytical mind catches up. When we learn to quiet the noise and trust our inner guidance, life begins to flow in a more aligned, authentic way. 💫
