Friends of Hospice President Courtney Markovich recently reflected on her journey and the path that led her to Hospice of the Calumet Area. What began as a calling has grown into remarkable leadership that continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families throughout our community.

Last week, the Friends, our dedicated fundraising auxiliary, proudly presented a $100,000 check to HCA, made possible through their events and the incredible work of the Hospice Artisans. This is more than fundraising. It’s commitment. It’s compassion. It’s community members stepping forward to ensure our mission continues for all who need us.
