Today, Hospice of the Calumet Area was honored by the Lake County Council in recognition of our dedication and commitment
to the community during National Hospice and Palliative Care Month.

HCA was presented with a proclamation celebrating the unwavering compassion and service of our partners, Board of Directors, volunteers, donors, and supporters, each of whom plays a vital role in advancing our Cherishing Life mission for every patient and family we serve.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Council President Christine Cid, Vice President Ronald Brewer, 1st District Councilman David Hamm, 3rd District Councilman Charlie Brown, 4th District Councilman Pete Lindemulder, 6th District Councilman Ted Bilski, and 7th District Councilman Randy Niemeyer for this esteemed recognition and for their continued commitment to the people of Lake County, Indiana.
