Making fun of others just exposes your mindset.

Taking shots at someone else when they are winning just shows your mindset doesn’t believe in abundance. Because subconsciously there is a belief that if others are winning, then there isn’t room enough for me to succeed too.

That’s false.

You attract what you put out. If you are negative, guess what comes back to you? Negativity.

If you’re focused on goodness, guess what starts to grow? Goodness.

Sounds silly, but the evidence is all around us.

Have you ever noticed the people who “over focus” on health and put all their efforts in all the things they can’t have, all the the things they can’t put in their body, how toxic everything is, yet they are consistently sick?

Why’s that? Their intention is right, but their focus is wrong.

Their focus is on all the BAD things and things they CAN’T do or have.

Versus all the GOOD THINGS.

Continuing on your journey when you get discouraged is the difference between reaching your goals or not.

And learning what to do when you are disappointed will help you win!

The first thing you want to do is to re-take action on the area you are discouraged in.

If you are discouraged you didn’t hit your workouts in the past week, go get a workout in.

A little bit of focused mobility consistently goes a LONG WAY!

Within my community this past week we were doing a 10 minutes of focused stretching everyday last week. The results spoke for themselves for everyone.

Long term success should always supersede your health and fitness goals.

Some of the biggest considerations is how do we keep new challenges involved in your goals, how do we keep it fun and, how do we maintain the best success.

For me it’s adjusting nutrition and training to change my training cycles. Whether it’s putting on size, cutting, or performance, it’s an easy adjustment to make and keeps me challenged.
