The physical Zen Room, my charming in-home yoga studio, is located in Eastern NE where I offer Meditation as well as Yin and Vinyasa styles of Yoga classes. By appointment only.

**The studio is temporarily closed to accommodate twins that we welcomed in 2020. The Zen Room page combines yoga related content with mental health awareness, education, comedy, motivational messages, and just all around good vibes. Hopefully you are left feeling refreshed and inspired.
