900g of 5 fresh apples became 90g after drying in the dehydrator for 7 hours on 135F.

I love whole, single ingredient foods but I also know there are times we don’t have access to fresh.

Sometimes as busy moms, preparing this fresh foods becomes a luxury due to time constraints.

At this pressing times, we fall back to unhealthy, packaged, factory engineered foods.

We all know this is bad for our health, and particularly for our kids.

What if you always have a healthy alternatives at all times!

If your excuse for not living a healthy lifestyle is busyness, then you are completely missing the point!

For high performance, your default lifestyle- should be:
✅ Exercise
✅ Sleep
✅ Wholesome foods

If you don’t have time to make your meals, pay someone to do it. ( I can guide you on this)

For exercise, there is no shortcut, you have to CREATE time for it.

sleep is where the MAGIC happens, you need up to 7 HOURS of sleep.

If you want to POWER your life and not RUN it to CRASH 💥

Now is the time to take ACTION, especially if you are in 40s.

All our actions and inactions have CONSEQUENCES, chose yours!

But the truth is, I didn’t always prioritize myself. I kept pushing until exhaustion and chronic fatigue forced me to make a change.

The ONLY way to build a strong, resilient body is through movement.
