Hi 👋🏻 all! Thanks for checking in! I created this space to share a little more about my practice & provide an easy contact point for reaching out to me. I am currently providing individual therapy in Murfreesboro, TN. I do mostly in office appointments but also offer some telehealth services when needed. I see kids, teens and adults with a wide range of problems from phase of life issues to major mental health problems (PTSD, Mood disorders, Anxiety disorders, etc.) I use EMDR and play therapy the most but I integrate aspects of parts work, ployvagal theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & more. I am fascinated by the brain and it’s development & capacity to change throughout the lifespan. So even if you’re just feeling stuck, there is hope that you can create meaningful change at any age! No problem is too big or too small for therapy, and if I’m not equipped to help you, I will do my best to help find someone else who can. If you have any questions, please message me!!
