We had the incredible honor of hosting the wedding of two AdamsPlace residents last month, Jim Merk and Sandra Sutterlin 💕 Watching these two meet and fall in love has been such a joy for our neighborhood to witness. A lovely ceremony was held in our courtyard, followed by a reception in the Magnolia Dining Room. It was a beautiful day for a joyous occasion.

Our team had the best time at the Rutherford County Walk to End Alzheimer's on Saturday! We were so excited to hear that we came in 4th overall for fundraising! Thank you so much to everyone who participated and donated toward our fundraising efforts over the last several weeks. We are so proud to announce that our Director of Social Services, Christy Morris, recently attended the annual NHC Social Work Conference at Dollywood, where she received the highest Social Work award for the region, the Dorothy Chance award!

The Dorothy Chance award is awarded annually to one Social Worker in each of the NHC regions. Dorothy Chance was NHC's first Social Worker and is the blueprint for what it means to be a Social Worker Patient Advocate. She worked tirelessly to ensure that NHC's Culture would above all be a patient first environment. Today, Social Work Partners around the company continue that tradition. The award is given to a Social Work Partner who exemplifies through performance and leadership the spirit of Dorothy Chance.

The description above perfectly describes Christy, and we can't think of a more deserving person to be recognized! Congratulations, Christy! You are a blessing to so many on our campus.
