Victory post!!!

I’m so excited for my latest client. She has battled numerous health complications for years. She spent several days at a time in bed. Her muscles were weak with fatigue. And she was just constantly not well. Tomorrow is her 3rd week on the program and she has lost 10 lbs. She was so skeptical about the program and whether it was worth doing. I had to convince her and her husband it was worth the money. Now, her husband is telling her that it is worth every penny for her to have the energy she has now. She still has health issues that requires rest but she is no longer spending days in bed. She’s up cooking, cleaning, walking, and enjoying life again. I’m 3 weeks, she has gained so much of her life back. Congratulations!!! I’m so happy for you and anxious to see where this program leads you!

Cowgirl Salad

Meat
2 Chicken breast, free range halves

Produce
2 Avocados
2 Bell peppers, red yellow or orange
1 540 ml can Black beans
1 cup Corn
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Lime, zest
1 Lime
1/2 cup Medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup Peanuts, roasted
1/4 cup Red onion
2 heads Romaine lettuce

Refrigerated
1 350 g. package Tofu, extra firm

Condiments
2 tsp Honey or maple syrup
3 tbsp Lime juice
3 tbsp Peanut butter, natural smooth
1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce

Baking & Spices
1 tbsp Cajun spice mix
3/4 cup Olive oil or avocado oil, extra virgin
1 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars
1 Avocado oil or olive oil

1 Tortilla chips
