Join this Sunday for a festive Glow Flow to celebrate Halloween. This class is FREE. Sign up using the MINDBODY app.

Then continuing on Sundays we will have a Sunday Mix Up. Teachers will be rotating out bringing what they do best, giving you a great workout.

These classes will be non heated.

So you can’t touch your toes, why is that stopping you from learning to touch your toes.

Yoga is like legos. No one just has the complete set built. We take a class learn something add it to our collection and we start to see things we wouldn’t imagine. It’s about creating a habit. Come one class a week. Then up it to two, three, etc.

Create manageable and attainable goals. Don’t compare yourself to that one bendy girl up front.
