This past Friday, our office team took part in a CliftonStrengths workshop led by Jill from Hawthorn Consulting Services, and it was such a meaningful experience.

The CliftonStrengths framework helps people identify their natural talents and turn them into powerful tools for teamwork, communication, and growth.

It’s always special to pause, reflect, and grow together. We’re excited to keep applying what we learned to better serve our Care Pros, our clients, and our mission of providing exceptional care.

October is Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Month and at Home Instead, we’re proud to take heart health seriously. 💙

Our Care Pros are completing Red Cross–certified CPR and AED training right here in-house, building the skills and confidence to act quickly when it matters most. This commitment not only strengthens our care- it reflects the heart, dedication, and professionalism that define our entire team.

We’re grateful for every Care Pro who shows up ready to learn, grow, and protect the lives of those we serve. 💪
