Epsom Salt Baths + Red Light = A Little Reset I Love
One of my favorite ways to wind down lately is soaking in an Epsom salt bath while using red light. It’s simple, but I always feel better afterward—calmer, less achy, and more like myself.
🛁 Epsom salts are full of magnesium, which helps relax tight muscles, ease stress, and support sleep (so many of us are low on it without realizing).
🔴 Red light therapy helps reduce inflammation, supports healing, and calms the nervous system. It’s also great for skin, energy, and sleep.
I’ve been using my Lume Box during these baths and it’s become such a great way to relax and reset. It’s portable, super easy to use, and honestly one of my favorite wellness tools lately.
If you’ve been feeling tense, tired, or just off, this is one of those little things that can really help your body shift gears. I don’t do it every night, but even once or twice a week makes a difference.
