Introducing Jessica Martinez, originally from New Orleans, LA.

✨She relocated to Murfreesboro after hurricane Katrina in 2006.

✨ Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and has been involved in the fitness and nutrition industry for nearly 30 years, assisting clients in their own health and wellness journey.

✨ During the pandemic, she returned to school to earn a degree in nursing.
Jessica has experience in the Emergency Department, and currently works as a Labor and Delivery nurse. She loves helping moms achieve the birth that they desire. She has a passion for preventative medicine and a holistic approach to wellness.

✨ Having struggled with acne as a teen and young adult, and now focusing on anti-=aging, she has spent many years finding the right combination and products to keep her skin healthy and reverse damage. She brings a unique perspective to assist clients in their skincare and wellness journey.

✨ In addition to her career, Jessica is an accomplished athlete. She grew up playing multiple sports, including college basketball. As an adult, she has competed at the CrossFit Games twice, ran numerous marathons, and completed a half Ironman. 💪

✨ She enjoys spending time with her husband, son, daughter-in-law, and dogs. 🐾

✨ She passionate about anything related to fitness and the outdoors, traveling, and her family. She loves the beach and quaint little mountain towns.
✨ In her free time, she enjoys reading, trying new recipes, and catching up with friends.🌺
