School may still be out, but back-to-school season is right around the corner! Help your child have a healthy start with these quick tips:

✅ Encourage regular handwashing to fight germs.
✅ Pack healthy lunches and limit sugary snacks and drinks. Let them pick a fun water bottle!
✅ Aim for at least 60 minutes of physical activity each day.
✅ Talk about the dangers of to***co and va**ng.
✅ Help them get enough sleep: 9–12 hours for younger kids, 8–10 for teens.
