Stones River Manor is Rutherford County's only faith-based nonprofit senior living community. We provide independent living apartments, six levels of assisted living care, including special needs care in our Select Care Center, specialized Alzheimer's and dementia care in our Assured Care Center, skilled nursing and rehab in our Advanced Care Center, a Skilled Care facility and rehab, and adult da

y care and respite care services at all levels of care. A variety of clinical and therapy services are also available right here on our campus.

We had an amazing time as students from MTSU came to the Manor to throw a fun-filled parties for our residents! From music and games to laughter and great conversation, the joy in the room was contagious. 🥳

These special visits mean so much—bringing generations together, creating connections, and making memories that truly brighten our days. Our residents absolutely loved spending time with such kind and energetic students!

A big thank you to our friends from MTSU for sharing their time, hearts, and smiles with us. We can’t wait for the next celebration! 💛

We had a sweet time celebrating Watermelon Day here at the Manor! Our residents enjoyed refreshing slices of juicy watermelon, lots of laughter, and wonderful time spent together. There’s nothing like a cool treat and great company to brighten the day!

From smiles to sticky fingers, it was a day full of simple joys and summertime fun.
