Thankful for all the prayers and check in’s on my surgery. All went well yesterday and today I am just working on recovery. Thankful the Lord is with us, providing everything we need in hard seasons. Great reminders about ways we can unintentionally lower our sense of self - be mindful of these!

These are all ways to lower your self worth but sometimes these behaviors feel helpful or normal or safer and we give in to them. Work to eliminate any of these you regularly engage in- your self worth can improve as you get rid of these "killers".
