It is hard to believe that it's been 3 years for my private practice. I'm so grateful for my clients who trust me and are doing the work, and for my community and network for all the support.

Some changes over the past year: Working PRN positions at different treatment facilities in middle TN, new head shots TRM Photography Studio, and now accepting clients in network with Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, & Carelon.

I'm so grateful and humbled of the work that God has called me to do. Let's see what another year of saying "yes" can lead to!

So true for the work we are doing!

Don’t confuse nervous system regulation with continually being calm! That’s an impossible ask. A sailboat without any wind will never get anywhere… ⛵️

But nor is it extreme ups and downs, reacting instead of responding, being the victim to your environment or getting flooded emotionally. 🌊

It is learning to build nervous system capacity so you can move in and out of different nervous system states, know what your baseline feels like, and know how to get back there in a self-resourced way. 🏄‍♀️
