Hey Everybody! We are still working on finding a warmer space to teach through winter BUT I will be teaching a fundamentals class tomorrow (Wednesday) 615pm @ The Gathering in Milton. $10 cash drop in. Perfect class for beginners or anyone wanting to check their alignment. - Meg

Just a reminder:
Our classes at the Grove are cancelled for the rest of the year through the holidays. We are looking for another space that may be warmer through the rest of winter. If you have an idea let us know. I hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Spend some time being present and soaking in every moment with your loved ones. I miss you all so much 💕

Due to the continuing cold weather and the heater situation at the barn, Yoga is cancelled ❄️ Stay warm out there!

Yoga classes at the barn are cancelled tomorrow morning (Saturday) due to cold temperatures. The heaters in the small barn are just not keeping up with the cold. Stay tuned for more info on class updates and stay warm out there! ❄️💙
