Who is Muscle Therapy?
•We are a group of three Wellness and Beauty Professionals, working together to create a clean, relaxing, and rejuvenating environment to treat muscular discomfort, stress, skin issues, and to maintain natural beauty and good health.
•Muscle Therapy first began with one massage therapist, the owner, (me) Keri, in 2018. With one suite at Salons by JC in Murfreesboro, I got to working on my dream- to aid people through pain and discomfort of injury, general life, and aging. I was a certified personal trainer, LMT, and health enthusiast who had managed my own rheumatoid arthritis and back injury with diet and bodily care, and I wanted to share this experience with others. Pretty soon, my schedule was full and I searched for another massage therapist with similar therapy goals and techniques to work with me.
•April joined Muscle Therapy in 2020 and quickly made an impact on her clients. A well seasoned massage therapist, April has valuable experience from personal specialized training, along with genuine empathy for humans, that makes her an elite practitioner in her field. From therapeutic deep tissue, to relaxing spa treatments, April is established as one of the best massage therapists around.
•Muscle Therapy expanded with Skincare later in 2020, and we introduced our Esthetician, Meygan. Meygan handles all things “Beauty” and even the not so beautiful treatments, with precision and professionalism you will look far to find. She’s honest, highly skilled, and will make any client comfortable in all types of sessions. Meygan is a skin expert, a trained wax specialist, and trust us, she’s gonna be your new beauty bestie.
•In 2023, we knew it was time to grow 🌱 and I (the owner) took a jump into the unknown when I found the perfect spot at Georgetown Park, and secured it for my team and our clients. It’s been a dream ever since. Of course, this dream involved lots of running around, losing my head a few times, missed calls, missed emails, missed opportunities, you name it!! But the dust is beginning to settle and I can see our vision clearly ✨
