They can diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries and perform a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures. Spivey and Fahey’s staff are trained in assisting with oral and IV (Intravenous) sedation within our state of the art office setting. Our office is located at 2565 Rideout Lane, Murfreesboro, TN.
