Meet Manako, our 4th year pharmacy student for May! Manako is originally from Mount Juliet and completed her undergraduate studies at UT Knoxville. She’s known for many years that becoming a pharmacist was her goal, but is excited to be here to learn a little bit more about independent pharmacy. In her free time, she loves traveling and being outdoors with her friends. We’re glad you are here Manako!!

Stopped by Blackman Middle for Career Day today! As a mom of one myself, I can attest… Middle schoolers are just so great —very curious, kind, and insightful! It was fun talking to the students about life as a pharmacist and the role we play in keeping our community healthy. Thanks for the invite Blackman!
