A little about me:
I earned a PhD in Clinical Counseling: Teaching and Supervision from Trevecca Nazarene University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Service Provider and a Qualified Supervisor in Tennessee. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I am trained in both EMDR and Brainspotting. My clinical passions are self-compassion, the healing of trauma and grief, and the prevention of burnout. (Fun facts: I love chickens, cats, and backpacking)
