Join us for a full-spectrum motherhood sound bath. A guided journey through the many layers of what it means to be "Mother".

The mothers who have carried life, the ones who have loved and lost, the rainbow journeys.The women who nurture as sisters, aunts, grandmothers, partners, and friends.

Motherhood is not one story, it is many.

Together we will gently hold space for love that has been felt, loss that is often unspoken, and the roles we carry for others; and the parts of ourselves ready to be held in return.

As we honor the month of May and its Beltane energies and traditions. This sacred day marked the beginning of summer. A time when survival depended on the land, the animals, and the unseen forces that moved between worlds.

We put together some slides to take you back in time of much older traditions and experiences of what once was maybe from your very own bloodline.

Beneath all the symbolism, Beltane has always been about gathering, celebrating, community, and honoring the energy of being alive. The energy still holds meaning, and intention today, a celebration of life.

When you enter the store this month you will see our personal Maypole as a visual representation of our American-Germanic roots as we also welcome in the Flower Full Moon! All the summer vibes! Come craft a mini Maypole with us on Saturday for your personal home space energy.

The 2026 Lyrid meteor shower peaks in Murfreesboro, TN, during the early morning hours of Wednesday, April 22, with the best viewing window between  midnight and dawn. For optimal viewing, look toward the northeast after 10:30 p.m. on April 21st, with activity potentially lasting until sunrise. 

Best Time: Pre-dawn hours on April 22,, as the radiant (near the star Vega) is highest in the sky.

What to Expect: 10–20 fast, bright meteors per hour are typical, with a chance for fireballs.
