📍Don't make the mistake of ignoring back problems or masking pain with pills. For persistent back (or neck) pain, especially when accompanied by symptoms such as numbness, tingling, or pain into the arms or legs, call to request an evaluation.

Q. My doctor said my bladder incontinence is related to a bulging spinal disc in my lower back. But I don't have back pain anymore.
A. Yes, a bulging or damaged spinal disc can cause BLADDER and BOWEL issues such as urgency, poor control, and more. Problems including sexual dysfunction and erectile dysfunction have been linked to spinal disc problems.

Your spinal nerves control almost every part of your body, including the bladder, bowel, sexual organs and more. Q. I was diagnosed with a "pinched nerve". I received two prescriptions. Which pill will "un-pinch" the pinched nerve?
A. As you may be thinking, a pill cannot un-pinch a pinched nerve. A pinched nerve diagnosis means exactly what it says: a nerve is being physically pinched or compressed by a physical pressure (usually a spinal disc). How can a chemical in a pill (or shot) change that physical pressure? It can't.
