We sure do have the luck of the Irish in our Memory Care. Not only did we celebrate St. Patrick's Day today with wonderful music from Jennifer Gerrard, but we also celebrated the eighth anniversary of our Memory Care being open. We couldn't be more proud of our staff and residents; we feel very blessed to have such a wonderful community. Happy St. Patrick's Day. ❤️

The Village Oscars event, organized by Memory Care on Friday afternoon, was truly impressive, with the whole team pulling together to create a memorable experience. The delight of getting dressed up seemed just as much fun as receiving the awards, resulting in a room full of smiles and laughter. A truly fantastic day‼️ A big heartfelt thank you to autumn ,with Amedisys ,for helping with the make up. Everyone looked so amazing.❤️

What a fantastic Friday we had in Memory Care. A big thank you to Barfield Wilderness Station for bringing their special animal friends to visit us. We loved being able to hear about these wonderful animals. Believe it or not, the snake was very friendly❤️.

Donna and the gang in Memory Care, sure come up with some unique activities, and today was no exception. They made shamrocks out of peppers for an upcoming St. Patrick's Day party. We think it turned out beautifully. It looks like the residents had a blast playing parachute ball too.😀 lots of smiles

Last week, we decided to be adventurous and make our own afternoon snack. We made yogurt bars while listening to Elvis music. The treats were yummy, and the music was fantastic.

Nothing like sitting on our patio in our Memory Care enjoying the sunshine and our friendships . A big thank you to Andrea and Angela for providing the party snacks. Spring is on the way 🦋🐝🌼🌸🌺.

We are pretty much always smiling in our Memory Care here at the Villages, but the smiles are just a little bit brighter when Grit ,the therapy dog comes to visit. Oh my goodness, he is the best.🐾🐾❤️❤️❤️

We sure do love a month filled with lots of celebrations. First, a Valentine's party and now a fun-filled Mardi Gras celebration with delicious food, friendships, and big smiles.😀👍

Our Valentine's week festivities were made even more special by Amy Sisk's visit to our Memory Care facility, where she presented each resident with lovely roses, spreading joy and cheer. we also had a special visit from “GRIT”the therapy dog for Valentine’s Day. He sure does bring lots of smiles.🐾❤️

Happy Valentine's Day‼️ What a memorable week we had in our memory care, starting off with Valentine's games, a visit from Elvis, Valentine's crafts, and ending it with a fun-filled Valentine's party. Love and laughter are definitely in the air 💕💕💕
