“Thigpen Hearing has been fabulous. Dr. Sue Vavrock diagnosed my hearing needs and fine-tuned my hearing aids. It has been wonderful hearing clearly again. I had trouble hearing consonants, such as someone would be saying the word “fog” and I thought they were saying “dog.” All that is cleared up now. “At a young age, I started to realize I had a hearing loss. I got hearing aids in my 30s. Technology was not at its best when I got my 1st set. I wasn’t wearing them as I should. I came to Thigpen and they were so helpful with finding an upgrade that fit my needs. They taught me so much about my hearing loss, how to navigate new and improved hearing aids, and most importantly to not feel embarrassed about wearing them.
