2024 was a test of resilience. It was a year of burnout, obstacles, and financial hardship—moments that made quitting feel like a real option. But despite it all, I pushed forward. I prioritized my physical and mental health, reclaiming parts of myself I had neglected for too long.

Now, 2025 is here, and I can feel the momentum shifting. This is the year of opportunity—the year I continue educating, collaborating, and driving innovation in surgical techniques and treatments. Every ounce of effort I put in will come back tenfold.

I’ve sown the seeds. Now, it’s time to reap the rewards. Let’s get it!

This patient is just 2 weeks post op from minimallly invasive bunion and hammertoe surgery! There is minimal pain, minimal swelling and the patient is able to walk with a small boot or surgical shoe.

Minimally invasive foot surgery has gained popularity over the last 1-2 years. I started doing this technique 5 years ago in 2019 and was the first in Rutherford County to do so!
