Good evening! I can FINALLY sit down and relax for the rest of the evening! I just completed my first Sisterlocks Installation since the Covid shutdown last year. My last Sisterlocks Installation was March 2020. Since then, I had only been doing Sisterlocks Retightenings. I am now tackling the waiting list that people have been so patiently waiting on.

Lately, it’s been rare that I’ve taken time to pamper myself but I did this weekend! I used my very own Natural And Free products (Sulfate-Free Cleansing Shampoo, Conditioning Leave-in Spray, and Moisturizing Hair Mist), along with giving myself a fresh retightening and braid out. Good morning everyone!!!! I am SUPER excited right now and truly feeling blessed!!! Those of you who know me well...know that, besides being a Certified Sisterlocks Consultant, I am also a Degreed Chemist and Certified Aromatherapist.

For a few years now, one of my goals and dreams has been to launch a complete product line of hair and beauty products. In 2011, I launched 3 hair care products and several beauty products on a small scale and sold them up until I relocated to Tennessee in 2015. Before the relocation, I started working on formulations for a completely new product line of hair care products. But, the stress of relocating and having to start my Sisterlocks business completely over in a new state, forced me to temporarily place the product line on the back burner.

My business, Natural And Free LLC, is approaching its 11th year of service. Life has thrown me some punches lately and I’ve been sitting on this goal and dream for too long waiting on the right time. I had to take some time, reflect, and ask myself when IS the right time!!! And, guess what...the following quote by Napoleon Hill came to my mind:

"Don't wait. The time will never be just right. Start where you stand, and work whatever tools you may have at your command and better tools will be found as you go along."

I am proud to say that I am less than 2 months away from launching items from the new product line!!! Thank you God for never allowing me to give up on this goal and dream of mine...you kept me strong, determined, and persistent!!! Stay tuned!!!
