Recently, some members of our MMC team participated in the We Fight for Taylor 5K, an event that honors the life and legacy of Taylor Blanton while supporting future nurses and healthcare professionals through the Taylor Blanton Memorial Scholarship.

Taylor was more than a nurse. He was a light to everyone around him. During his time in our SurgiCenter, he cared deeply for his patients and brought joy to his coworkers each and every day. His vivacious personality and genuine heart left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

Taylor worked in pre-op before his diagnosis, and his impact is still felt today. We continue to share stories, memories, and laughter as we remember the incredible person he was.
