                                            Are you motivated to change, but don’t know where to start? Do you feel intimidated about starting the process of change? Have you ever felt overwhelmed or let down by all the social media tips and quick fixes for physical and mental health? Just looking for a community to grow with? This group is for you! Led by an LMFT, Hunter Dycus, this group will educate on healing, growth, and building healthy habits while helping group members feel connected and not alone. Together we will learn how shame and negative self-talk keep us stuck, learn and practice how to build new neural pathways, understand the connection between feelings, beliefs, and behavior, all while building safe relationships and living out the fundamental truth that “healing happens in community!”
